Privacy Policy

VisaPacks is a product of Apna Abroad, operated by Apna Abroad ("Apna Abroad," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use VisaPacks, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• Your planned travel date and any notes you add, if you choose to provide them
• Order details - which package you bought, the amount paid, the currency, and the order status

We also receive a payment confirmation from Razorpay once your payment succeeds, including a payment reference and signature used to verify the payment is genuine. We do not collect or see your card number, UPI ID, or any other payment instrument detail - those go directly to Razorpay. See Payment processing below.

We use the information above to:

• Create and manage your order, and deliver your purchased documents to you
• Verify your payment and confirm your order was paid for
• Reply to you if you contact us, including about an order or a refund request
• Keep records we are required to keep, for example for accounting purposes

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

All payments on VisaPacks are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. When you pay, your card, UPI, or other payment details are entered directly into Razorpay's own secure checkout - they are sent to Razorpay, not to us. VisaPacks and Apna Abroad never store, and never have access to, your full card number, UPI ID, or banking credentials.

Razorpay processes your payment information under its own privacy policy and security standards. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, along with a payment reference we use to mark your order as paid.

We share personal information only where it is necessary to run VisaPacks, specifically with:

• Razorpay, to process your payment (see above)
• Our hosting and database providers, who store the website, our database, and your order records on our behalf, and who are bound to use that data only to provide their hosting service to us

We do not share your personal information with any other third party, except where required by law.

We keep your order and account information for as long as needed to fulfil your order, respond to any support or refund request, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete your information (see your rights below), we will do so unless we are required to retain certain records by law.

VisaPacks does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies to track you across other websites. The website may use strictly necessary, temporary browser storage to make the site work correctly (for example, to keep you signed in to an admin session) - this is not used to track you and is never shared with anyone else.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, and to ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@visapacks.com and we will respond to your request.

We process personal information in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

VisaPacks is intended for use by adults preparing their own visa applications. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
